Eating

Adeline has been pretty sad these last few days (or weeks, I can't even remember now). She has even had difficulty eating. She'll be doing just fine then BAM she soooo upset and angry, she just can't take it anymore. When eating, I think that the chewing where her molars are coming is hurts her and she just doesn't know what to do. Poor, poor baby. I sure hope they cut soon!

Using a Spoon

Today Daddy was teaching you to use a spoon just like a big girl!! And you were doing pretty good too! He was giving you pieces of banana and some cheerios on your spoon and you would use it to shovel the pieces into your hungry mouth.

Apparently Adeline likes pancakes...and she finally drank milk from a sippy cup today! YAY!!!!

Eating Like a Big Girl

The other day we bought a bowl for Adeline to eat out of. She has been really enjoying feeding herself lately so we thought a bowl was in order...but the important thing about this bowl is that it has a suction cup on the bottom. This makes it so she can choose her pieces of food, but she doesn't just play with (and dump) the food out of the bowl. She is loving it so far...she loves to look into and choose the pieces she wants to eat and then eat them at her leisure. She IS growing up so darn fast!
